SHIPPING
Order Processing
Every order is prepared with care. Processing time can vary depending on the item, quantity and whether your order includes custom artwork. We will provide order updates when appropriate.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using an appropriate delivery service for the destination and package. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Transfer-Only Orders
Transfers are packaged to help protect the artwork during shipping. Transfer-only orders do not include a T-shirt unless the product description specifically says otherwise. Please review the pressing instructions before application.
Finished T-Shirts
Finished shirts are made according to the size, colour and design selected at checkout. Please double-check your selections before submitting your order, especially for custom or personalized items.

Finished T-Shirts
Finished T-shirts are folded and packaged carefully to arrive in perfect condition.
Heat Transfers
Heat transfers are packaged flat and protected to prevent creasing or damage during shipping. They arrive ready to press.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible. Eligibility for a return or exchange depends on the item and the reason for the request. Items should be unused and in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for you, they may not be eligible for return or exchange because of a change of mind. If we made an error or the item arrives damaged, contact us so we can review the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Order
Contact Pressed & Twisted and include your order information plus clear photos of the item and packaging when possible. We'll review what happened and help determine the appropriate next step.
